Error - Cannot clone a project that uses an inactive rate card

When cloning a project you may encounter the following error - Cannot clone a project that uses an inactive rate card

This occurs when you choose the Default Rate Card option on clone. If the default rate card is inactive, the clone procedure fails. There are two places you check for an inactive rate card.

• Cost Center - check the project's cost center is using an active rate card
• Client - the cost center rate card may be overridden at the client level. Check that the client is using an active rate card
