Error - The booked resource for this role cannot be changed
When changing a booked resource from the Project Dashboard you may encounter the following error: The booked resource for this role cannot be changed, either because time has been reported against it, or there is a pending time transfer onto it.
Solution
In order to use this feature you have to decide whether the time cards submitted under this role can be removed. If they can be removed then you should use the Time Browser to unapprove any time. You should also reject any pending time transfers. Once this has been done you can successfully change the booked role.
