Forgot Password

 

If you have forgotten your password you can begin the password reset process by accessing this link - https://app.projectorpsa.com/forgotpasswordoraccount

If you have not received a password reset email, check your spam, junk, or mail redirection rules.

If you still can't get in, ask your Projector Administrator to set a password for you. They can do so from the User Editor.

For security reasons, the Projector support staff cannot recover, view, or edit passwords.

Forgot Password?

Use this link - https://app.projectorpsa.com/forgotpasswordoraccount  - to receive a password reset email. You will be asked to enter your account code and username.

After submitting a valid account code and username, you should see this message.

Check your inbox for the password reset email. The subject line is: Your password reset link.

The email will contain the password reset link and a time sensitive token. Please be sure to follow the instructions as described in the email at your earliest convenience.

Once you navigate to the password reset link, enter the token so that you can proceed to the next step. Note: Some users with certain permissions will be asked to provide their passphrase. See this help page for Passphrase for more information.

After submitting the token, you can then change your password. Please be sure to follow the password requirements.
