Project User Defined Fields Tab

The User Defined Fields (UDF) tab houses custom values that your installation owners have created. That means they are unique to your installation. Required UDFs are demarcated with a red asterisk (*). There are many types of UDFs. You can learn about the different types from the User Defined Fields Editor.


Permissions and Settings

To make changes on this tab, you must:

  • have the cost center permission Maintain Projects and Engagements 
  • be the Engagement Manager, Projector Manager, or be on the PM Team AND the current project stage allows Edit Project Info
