Unbilled Time and Cost Aging Report - Data Fields

In Projector a data field represents the information that you are interested in. For Excel Pivot Tables this information can be cross-referenced by the row and column fields to compile the data. In this image you see project profit organized by project name and month. Project Profit is the data field. Project Name is the row field. Month is the column field. % of Gross Unbilled Amount	Total Fields	Percent of Gross Unbilled Amount for this item that falls in this time bucket.
% of Net Unbilled Amount	Total Fields	Percent of Net Unbilled Amount for this item that falls in this time bucket.
Gross Unbilled Amount	Total Fields	Unbilled timecard revenue + Unbilled costcard amount + Unbilled achieved milestones. Not useful for Fixed Price contracts. This field is looking at billing adjusted revenue which isn't really relevant in FP.
Net Unbilled Amount	Total Fields	Gross Unbilled Amount - Unused Prepaid Amount. Not useful for Fixed Price contracts. This field is looking at billing adjusted revenue which isn't really relevant in FP.
Total Unbilled Revenue	Total Fields	Unbilled timecard revenue + unbilled ODC revenue. Not useful for Fixed Price contracts. This field is looking at billing adjusted revenue which isn't really relevant in FP.
Unbilled Achieved Milestones	Milestone Fields	Achieved milestone amounts not yet billed.
Unbilled Costcard Amount	Cost Card Fields	Unbilled ODC Client Amount, which is made up of Unbilled ODC Revenue plus Unbilled Reimbursable Expenses.
Unbilled Hours	Time Card Fields	Unbilled Person Hours. Hours that are not on an invoice. Not useful for Fixed Price contracts. This field is looking at hours on invoices which isn't really relevant in FP.
Unbilled ODC Revenue	Cost Card Fields	Unbilled revenue from Other Direct Cost (ODC) mark-up and/or treatment of cost as fees
Unbilled Reimbursable Expenses	Cost Card Fields	Unbilled reimbursable other direct cost (ODC) amount
Unbilled Timecard Revenue	Time Card Fields	Billing adjusted or system revenue on unbilled timecards. Not useful for Fixed Price contracts. This field is looking at billing adjusted revenue which isn't really relevant in FP.
Unused Prepaid Amount	Total Fields	Billed prepaid amounts not yet applied to invoices or consumed by revenue recognition. Not useful for Fixed Price contracts. This field is looking at billing adjusted revenue which isn't really relevant in FP.
